Payments of Contingent Payments. Contingent Payments shall be paid no later than sixty (60) days following the end of the calendar quarter during which the applicable Gross Revenues for the Biovest Biologic Products are actually received by Biovest or its Affiliate, Sublicensee or Transferee, as appropriate.
