Common use of Payments of Early Repayment Charges Clause in Contracts

Payments of Early Repayment Charges. Subject to and in accordance with the Mortgage Sale Agreement, the Mortgages Trustee will agree to pay to the Seller any Early Repayment Charge Receipts received by the Mortgage Trustee in respect of any Mortgage Loan included in the Initial Mortgage Portfolio or any New Mortgage Portfolio which the Seller assigns to the Mortgages Trustee. Upon any such payment to the Seller, the benefit of such Early Repayment Charges will no longer form part of the Trust Property.
