PAYMENTS OF FREIGHT CHARGES. A copy of the Bill of Lading will be furnished showing if the Goods were shipped on a prepaid or collect basis. On all prepaid or collect shipments, Seller will not allow, assume or refund to Buyer or its customer any freight charges erroneously paid by Buyer or its customer.
