Payments of Owner Trustee. Any amounts paid to the Owner Trustee pursuant to this Article VIII shall be deemed not to be a part of the Owner Trust Estate immediately after such payment. To the extent that the Owner Trustee's fees and expenses have not been paid, the Owner Trustee shall have a lien on the Certificate Distribution Account.
