PAYMENTS OF PREMIUM OBLIGATIONS. (a) Attached hereto as Appendix B is a schedule (the "Payment Schedule") that indicates the Premium Obligations payable in respect of each Insured and the time of payment of such amounts. Except as otherwise provided herein or in the Agreements, the Trustee shall pay the Premium Obligations in accordance with such Payment Schedule. In the event of the death of an Insured, the Company shall notify the Trustee of any resultant revisions in the Payment Schedule.
