Common use of Payments of Securities Clause in Contracts

Payments of Securities. The Company will duly and punctually pay the principal of and premium, if any, on each series of Securities, and the interest which shall have accrued thereon, and pay any Coupons, at the dates and place and in the manner provided in the Securities, the Coupons and in this Indenture. Any interest due on Coupon Securities on or before Maturity, other than additional interest, if any, payable as provided in Section 6.02 in respect of principal of (or premium, if any, on) such a Security, shall be payable only upon presentation and surrender of the several Coupons for such interest installments as are evidenced thereby as they severally mature.
