Payments of Securities. With respect to each series of Securities, the Issuers will duly and punctually pay the principal of (and premium or other amounts, if any) and interest on such Securities in accordance with their terms and this Indenture, and will duly comply with all the other terms, agreements and conditions contained in, or made in the Indenture for the benefit of, the Securities of such series.
