Common use of Payments of Transfer Taxes Clause in Contracts

Payments of Transfer Taxes. Upon the transfer of any Equipment Note or Equipment Notes pursuant to Section 2.07 hereof, the Issuer or the Indenture Trustee may require from the party requesting such new Equipment Note or Equipment Notes payment of a sum to reimburse the Issuer or the Indenture Trustee for, or to provide funds for the payment of, any transfer tax or similar governmental charge payable in connection therewith.
