Common use of Payments of Transfer Taxes Clause in Contracts

Payments of Transfer Taxes. Upon the transfer of any Security or Securities pursuant to Section 2.07 hereof, the Issuer or the Trustee may require from the party requesting such new Security or Securities payment of a sum to reimburse the Issuer or the Trustee for, or to provide funds for the payment of, any transfer Tax or similar governmental charge payable in connection therewith.
