PAYMENTS ON ACCOUNT OF SERVICES RENDERED. 13.1 The Owner shall make payments to the Engineer monthly, within thirty (30) days from receipt of an approved Engineer’s invoice or notify Engineer within ten (10) days if the invoice can not be approved. Payment shall be in proportion to services rendered.
