Common use of Payments on Debentures Permitted Clause in Contracts

Payments on Debentures Permitted. Nothing contained in this Article Nine or elsewhere in this Indenture, or in any of the Debentures, shall affect the obligation of the Company to make, or prevent the Company from making, at any time except as provided in Sections 9.02 and 9.03, payments at any time of principal of or interest on the Debentures.

Payments on Debentures Permitted. Nothing contained in this Article Nine 12 or elsewhere in this Indenture, or in any of the Debentures, shall affect the obligation of the Company to make, or prevent the Company from making, at any time except as provided in Sections 9.02 and 9.03during the pendency of any dissolution, winding-up, liquidation or reorganization proceeding, payments at any time of principal of or and any premium and interest on the Debentures.
