Common use of Payments on Non Clause in Contracts

Payments on Non. Business Days. Whenever any payment to be made by the Borrower hereunder or under the Notes is stated to be due on a day which is not a Business Day, the payment shall instead be due on the next succeeding Business Day (except as set forth in Section 4.02(b)(iii) with respect to payments due on the next preceding Business Day), and any such extension of time shall be included in the computation of the payment of interest and fees hereunder.

Payments on Non. Business Days. Whenever any payment to be made by the Borrower hereunder or under the Notes is shall be stated to be due on a day which is not a Business Day, the payment shall instead be due made on the next succeeding Business Day (except as set forth in Section 4.02(b)(iii) with respect to payments due on the next preceding Business Day), and any 43 36 such extension of time shall be included in the computation of the payment of interest hereunder or under the Notes or of the commitment and other fees hereunder, as the case may be.
