Payments on Securities Permitted. Nothing contained in this Article 13 or elsewhere in this Indenture, or in any of the Securities, shall affect the obligation of the Issuer to make, or prevent the Issuer from making, payment of the principal of (and premium, if any), interest, if any, on, and Additional Amounts, if any, in respect of the Securities of any series in accordance with the provisions hereof and thereof, except as otherwise provided in this Article 13.
