Payments on Subordinated Securities Permitted. Nothing contained in this Article or elsewhere in this Subordinated Indenture, or in any of the Subordinated Securities, shall affect the obligation of the Company to make, or prevent the Company from making, payment of the principal of (or premium, if any) or interest payable in respect of the Subordinated Securities in accordance with the provisions hereof and thereof, except as otherwise provided in this Article.
