Payments Payable; Note Payments; Additional Payments. (a) The Company covenants and agrees to pay the Payments as and when the same are due and payable in accordance with the Note and this Section 4.02. The Company shall provide the Trustee with a written allocation of amounts paid under this Section 4.02 among the various purposes set forth in this Section 4.02.
