Payments, Performance, Covenants. (a) In the event the Bank makes any demand on Xxxxx Xxxxx, or Xxxxx Xxxxx is otherwise required to perform any obligations under the Loan (including without limitation, any payment obligation) or any Loan Documents (as hereafter defined), Xxxxx Xxxxx shall promptly perform its obligations under the Loan or applicable Loan Document.
