Common use of Payments Pledged and Assigned Clause in Contracts

Payments Pledged and Assigned. It is understood and agreed that all rights to the payment of moneys hereunder (except payments made to the Trustee pursuant to Sections 4.2(c), 4.2(e) 4.2(g), 4.2(h) and 6.4 hereof and payments to be made to the Remarketing Agent and the Auction Agent pursuant to Section 4.2(f) hereof and payments to be made to the Issuer pursuant to Sections 4.2(d), 4.2(e), 4.2(h) and 6.4 hereof and its rights of indemnification and inspection and rights to receive notices, certificates, requests, requisitions or other communications and to give consents hereunder) are pledged and assigned to the Trustee by the Indenture. The Borrower consents to such pledge and assignment. The Issuer hereby directs the Borrower and the Borrower hereby agrees to pay or cause to be paid to the Trustee all said amounts required to be paid by or for the account of the Borrower pursuant to Section 4.2 hereof (except payments to be made directly to the Remarketing Agent and the Auction Agent pursuant to Section 4.2(f) hereof and payments to be made directly to the Issuer pursuant to Sections 4.2(d), 4.2(e), 4.2(h) and 6.4 hereof). The Project will not constitute any part of the security for the Bonds.
