Common use of Payments Required Clause in Contracts

Payments Required. Any payment required to be made under this Section 11.3 shall be paid by 1855 Bancorp to Sandwich by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated by Sandwich within five business days after demand by Sandwich.

Payments Required. Any payment required to be made under this Section 11.3 11.4 shall be paid by Sandwich to 1855 Bancorp to Sandwich by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated by Sandwich 1855 Bancorp within five business days after demand by Sandwich1855 Bancorp. In the event of a termination under circumstances that would trigger a payment under this Section 11.4, the standstill provisions contained in the Confidentiality Agreement shall terminate.
