Payments Subject to Subordination. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Section 3, no cash payment or prepayment of interest or principal or any other amounts payable under this Section 3 shall be made at any time when the payment thereof is prohibited by the provisions of Section 7 hereof.
