Common use of Payments Terms Clause in Contracts

Payments Terms. No advance payment(s) will be made. a. The payment shall be made as per the financial quotes submitted by the Service Provider and accepted by the Buyer b. No advance payment shall be made to the Service Provider. c. Payment shall be made once the services are delivered, and the Service Provider submits the invoice for the same. d. The Buyer shall make the payment within 03months as per the payment process flow upon submission of invoice, work completion certificate and e- mandate. e. All the penalties/ fine/ interest (if applicable) shall be settled before making the payments. Service Provider shall not have any objection on the same. f. Payment shall be made through bank transfer only, in no circumstance cash/ cheque payment shall be made.
