Payments to a Defaulting Lender. Agent shall not be obligated to transfer to a Defaulting Lender any payment made by Borrower to Agent or any amount otherwise received by Agent for application to the Obligations nor shall a Defaulting Lender be entitled to the sharing of any interest, fees or payments hereunder.
