Common use of Payments to Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Payments to Administrative Agent. Unless otherwise specifically provided for, each Borrower shall make each payment (other than payments in respect of the Swingline Loan) pursuant to this Agreement before 11:00 a.m. (Toronto time) on the day specified for payment. All such payments shall be made by the Borrower in immediately available funds having same day value to, unless otherwise specifically provided for herein, the Administrative Agent, for its account or for the account of the Lenders, in the Administrative Agent’s accounts set out in Schedule 12.1, or at any other office or account designated by the Administrative Agent. Whenever a payment is due to be made on a day that is not a Banking Day, for payments in CDollars, or a Business Day, for payments in USDollars, the day for payment shall be the following Banking Day or Business Day, as the case may be.
