Common use of Payments to Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Payments to Administrative Agent. All payments of principal, interest, facility fees, and any other amounts due hereunder or under any of the other Loan Documents shall be made to the Administrative Agent, for the respective accounts of the Banks and the Administrative Agent, at the Administrative Agent’s Head Office, or at such other location that the Administrative Agent may from time to time designate, in each case in immediately available funds or directly from the proceeds of Loans.

Payments to Administrative Agent. All payments of principal, interest, facility fees, closing fees and any other amounts due hereunder or under any of the other Loan Documents shall be made to the Administrative Agent, for the respective accounts of the Banks Lenders and the Administrative Agent, at the Administrative Agent’s 's Head Office, Office or at such other location that the Administrative Agent may from time to time designate, in each case in immediately available funds or directly from the proceeds of Loansin Dollars.
