Common use of Payments to Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Payments to Administrative Agent. All payments of principal, interest, Commitment Fees and any other fees or amounts due hereunder or under any of the other Loan Documents shall be made in Dollars to the Administrative Agent, for the respective accounts of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent, not later than 2:00 p.m. (New York time), to the account of the Administrative Agent most recently designated by it for such purpose to the Lenders, in each case in Same Day Funds.

Payments to Administrative Agent. All payments of principal, interest, Commitment Reimbursement Obligations, Fees and any other fees or amounts due hereunder or under any of the other Loan Documents shall be made in Dollars on the due date thereof to the Administrative AgentAgent in Dollars, for the respective accounts of the Lenders and the Administrative Agent, not later than 2:00 p.m. (New York time), to at the account of Administrative Agent’s Office or at such other place that the Administrative Agent most recently designated by it for such purpose may from time to the Lenderstime designate, in each case at or about 11:00 a.m. (New York time or other local time at the place of payment) and in Same Day Fundsimmediately available funds.
