Common use of Payments to Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Payments to Affiliates. Pay any salaries, compensation, management fees, consulting fees, service fees, licensing fees, or other similar payments to Affiliates of any Borrower (except other Borrowers) other than on terms and conditions substantially as favorable to the Borrowers as would be obtainable by it in a comparable arm's length transaction with a person other than an Affiliate.

Payments to Affiliates.
