Payments to Bank Agent. The Collateral Agent shall make payments of Proceeds to the Bank Agent pursuant to clause First of Section 3.01(d) hereof upon receipt of a certificate of the Bank Agent, specifying the amount so to be paid and the application thereof to principal, interest or other amounts constituting Bank Credit Facility Obligations.
