Payments to Executive Upon Other Termination of Employment. The Boards of Directors of Employers may terminate Executive’s employment under this Agreement at any time and for any reason but any termination by Employers other than Termination for Cause shall not prejudice Executive’s right to compensation or other benefits under this Agreement. Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment under this Agreement. The rights and obligations of Employers and Executive in the event of employment termination (other than in connection with death or Disability) are set forth in this Agreement paragraph 7 as follows:
