Pursuant to the authority included herein, Viainvest shall ensure the processing of received payments, accept payments arising from/in relation to the Loan Agreement, which Viainvest is received from the Loan Originator, and transfer them to the Assignee pursuant to the procedures and in the amount determined by this Agreement and Partnership Agreement. 8.2.
