Common use of Payments to Lender Clause in Contracts

Payments to Lender. Agent may at its sole and absolute discretion either: (i) promptly upon receipt wire transfer to any Lender its Pro Rata Percentage of any payment received from Borrower in accordance with this Section 2.3 or Section 2.4; or (ii) include any Lender’s Pro Rata Percentage of any payment received from Borrower in accordance with this Section 2.3 or Section 2.4 in the Lender Advance Report pursuant to Section 2.1(g), for transfer to Lender pursuant to Section 2.1(f).

Payments to Lender. Agent may at its sole and absolute discretion either: (i) promptly upon receipt wire transfer to any Lender its Pro Rata Percentage of any payment received from Borrower in accordance with this Section 2.3 2.4 or Section 2.42.5; or (ii) include any Lender’s Pro Rata Percentage of any payment received from Borrower in accordance with this Section 2.3 2.4 or Section 2.4 2.5 in the Lender Advance Report pursuant to Section 2.1(g2.2(f)(ii), for transfer to Lender pursuant to Section 2.1(f2.2(g).
