PAYMENTS TO MATERIALMEN AND SUBCONTRACTORS. The Prime Contractor shall pay each materialman, and each subcontractor, if any, not later than five (5) days after receipt of any payment from the Owner, the amount thereof allowed the Contractor for and on account of materials furnished or construction performed by each materialman or each subcontractor.
