Common use of Payments to Owner Trustee Clause in Contracts

Payments to Owner Trustee. Any amounts distributed hereunder by the Mortgagee to the Owner Trustee shall be paid to the Owner Trustee (within the time limits contemplated by Section 2.04(a)) by wire transfer of funds of the type received by the Mortgagee at such office and to such account or accounts of such entity or entities as shall be designated by notice from the Owner Trustee to the Mortgagee from time to time.
