PAYMENTS TO PERSONS UNDER LEGAL DISABILITY. In case any benefit payments hereunder become payable to a person under legal disability, or to a person not adjudicated incompetent but, by reason of mental or physical disability, in the opinion of the Trustees, is unable to administer properly such payments, then such payments may be paid out by the Trustees for the benefit of such person in such of the following ways as they think best, and the Trustees shall have no duty or obligation to see that the payments are used or applied for the purpose or purposes for which paid: (a) directly to any such person; (b) to the legally appointed guardian or conservator of such person; (c) to any spouse, parent, brother, or sister of such person for his welfare, support and maintenance; (d) by the Trustees using such payments directly for the support, maintenance and welfare of any such person.
