Payments to Plan Participants and Their Beneficiaries. (a) With respect to each Plan participant, Company shall deliver to Trustee a schedule (the "Payment Schedule") that indicates the amounts payable in respect of the participant (and his or her beneficiaries), that provides a formula or other instructions acceptable to Trustee for determining the amounts so payable, the form in which such amount is to be paid (as provided for or available under the Plan(s)), and the time of commencement for payment of such amounts. The Payment Schedule shall be delivered to Trustee not more than 30 business days nor fewer than 15 business days prior to the first date on which a payment is to be made to the Plan Participant. Any change to a payment Schedule shall be delivered to Trustee not more than 30 days nor fewer than 15 days prior to the date on which the first payment is to be made in accordance with the changed Payment Schedule.
