PAYMENTS TO PRINCIPAL OFFICE. Each payment of principal (including any prepayment), interest and any other amount required to be paid to Bank pursuant to this Agreement or in any other Credit Document shall be made to Bank at its Principal Office, in immediately available funds constituting legal tender in the United States of America for the payment of public and private debts, on or before 1:00 p.m. Jacksonville, Florida, time on the date such payment is due. IN CASE ANY SUCH PAYMENT IS NOT SO MADE, BANK IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED TO, BUT SHALL NOT BE OBLIGATED TO, DEBIT THE AMOUNT OF SUCH PAYMENT FROM ANY ONE OR MORE ACCOUNTS OF BORROWER WITH BANK.
