Payments to Sales Representatives. Producers are solely responsible for the payment of any commissions, fees, credits, allowances, bonuses, or other compensation of any kind whatsoever to Sales Representatives in connection with the sale of the Products, and for ensuring that any such payments are made in accordance with applicable legal requirements, particularly those requirements pertaining to the licensing, registration and appointment of Sales Representatives.
