Common use of Payments to the Company Clause in Contracts

Payments to the Company. Except as provided in Section 3 or Section 13(e) hereof, after the Trust has become irrevocable, the Company shall have no right or power to direct the Trustee to return to the Company or to divert to others any of the Trust assets before all payment of benefits have been made to Plan Participants and their beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the Plans.

Payments to the Company. Except as provided in Section 3 or Section 13(e) 4 hereof, after the Trust has become irrevocable, the Company shall have no right or power to direct the Trustee to return to the Company or to divert to others any of the Trust assets before all payment of benefits have been made to Plan Participants and their beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the PlansPlan.

Payments to the Company. Except as provided in Section 3 or and Section 13(e) 9 hereof, after the Trust has become irrevocable, the Company shall have no right or power to direct the Trustee to return to the Company or to divert to others any of the Trust assets before all payment of benefits have been made to Plan Participants participants and their beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the PlansPlan.

Payments to the Company. Except as provided in Section 3 or Section 13(e) hereof, after the Trust has become irrevocable, the Company shall have no right or power to direct the Trustee to return to the Company or to divert to others any of the Trust assets before all payment payments of benefits have been made to Plan Participants participants and their beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the PlansPlan.

Except as provided in Section 3 or Section 13(e) Article XI hereof, after the Trust has become irrevocable, the Company shall have no right or power to direct the Trustee to return to the Company or to divert to others any of the Trust assets before all payment payments of benefits have been made to Plan Participants and their beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the PlansPlan.

Payments to the Company. Except as provided in Section 3 or Section 13(e) hereof, after the Trust has become irrevocable, the Company shall have no right or power to direct the Trustee to return to the Company or to divert to others any of the Trust assets before all payment of benefits payments have been made to Plan Participants the Executives and their beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the PlansPlan.

Payments to the Company. Except as provided in Section 3 or Section 13(e) hereof, after the Trust has become irrevocable, the Company shall have no right or power to direct the Trustee to return to the Company or to divert to others any of the Trust assets before all payment of benefits have been made to Plan Participants and their beneficiaries Beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the PlansArrangements. After all payments under the Arrangements are made to the Participants and their Beneficiaries, any remaining funds will be returned to the Company.

Payments to the Company. Except as provided in Section Article 3 or Section 13(e) hereof, after the Trust has become irrevocable, the Company shall have no right or power to direct the Trustee to return to the Company or to divert to others any of the Trust assets before all payment of benefits have been made to Plan Participants participants and their beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the Plans.

Except as provided in Section 3 or hereof, the Trust being irrevocable in accordance with Section 13(e1(b) hereof, after the Trust has become irrevocable, the Company shall have no right or power to direct the Trustee to return to the Company or to divert to others any of the Trust assets before all payment of benefits have been made to the Company on behalf of Plan Participants participants and their beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the PlansPlan.

Payments to the Company. Except as provided in Section 3 or 1(g), Section 13(e2(c), Section 3, and Section 13 hereof, since the Trust is irrevocable, in accordance with Section 1(b) hereof, after the Trust has become irrevocable, the Company Employer shall have no right or power to direct the Trustee to return to the Company Employer or to divert to others any of the Trust assets before all the payment of all benefits have been made to Plan Participants participants and their beneficiaries pursuant to the terms of the PlansPlan and this Trust Agreement.
