Common use of Payments to the Eligible Lender Trustee and to the Delaware Trustee Clause in Contracts

Payments to the Eligible Lender Trustee and to the Delaware Trustee. Any amounts paid to the Eligible Lender Trustee or to the Delaware Trustee pursuant to Section 8.1 hereof or pursuant to Section 9 of the Sale Agreement, Section 4.2 of the Administration Agreement or Section 4.2 of the Servicing Agreement shall be deemed not to be a part of the Trust Estate immediately after such payment.
