Common use of Payments to the Facility Agent Clause in Contracts

Payments to the Facility Agent. 29.1.1 On each date on which an Obligor or a Lender is required to make a payment under a Finance Document, that Obligor or Lender shall make the same available to the Facility Agent (unless a contrary indication appears in a Finance Document) in ZAR for value by no later than 11.00 am (Johannesburg time) on the due date and in such funds specified by the Facility Agent by way of a funds flow schedule or otherwise. 29.1.2 Payment shall be made to such account in South Africa with such bank as the Facility Agent specifies.
