Common use of Payments to the Lender Clause in Contracts

Payments to the Lender. Unless a Finance Document specifies that payments under that document are to be made in another manner, all payments by the Borrower under the Finance Documents must be made to the Lender to its account at such office or bank in South Africa as it may notify to the Borrower for this purpose by not less than 15 (fifteen) Business Days prior notice.
