Payments to the Owner Trustee. Any amounts paid to the Owner Trustee pursuant to this Article VIII shall not be a part of the Trust Property immediately upon such payment. Any amounts owing to the Owner Trustee under this Agreement or the other Basic Documents shall constitute a claim against the Trust Property.
