Payments to the Resident Delaware Trustee. Any amounts paid to the Resident Delaware Trustee pursuant to this Article shall be deemed not to be a part of the Trust Estate immediately after such payment. Any amounts owing to the Resident Delaware Trustee under this Trust Agreement shall constitute a claim against the Trust Estate and, as applicable, the Manager or an Affiliate of the Manager.
