Common use of Payments to the Sellers and/or the Master Servicer Clause in Contracts

Payments to the Sellers and/or the Master Servicer. Notwithstanding the other provisions in Section 9 and this Section 10, any amounts payable to Greenwood on behalf of the Holder of the Seller Certificate or to the Master Servicer on any Distribution Date pursuant to Section 9 and this Section 10 may be paid prior to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.03(d) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
