Common use of Payments to the Sellers and/or the Master Servicer Clause in Contracts

Payments to the Sellers and/or the Master Servicer. Notwithstanding the other provisions in Section 9 and this Section 10, any amounts payable to Discover Bank on behalf of the Holder of the Seller Certificate or to the Master Servicer on any Distribution Date pursuant to Section 9 and this Section 10 may be paid prior to such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 4.03(d) of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
