Payments under Assigned Agreement. Buyer shall make all payments due to Seller under the Assigned Agreement from and after the date hereof to [ _], as depositary agent, to ABA No. [ _], Account No. [ _], and Seller hereby irrevocably consents to any and all such payments being made in such manner.
