Payments under clause 16 Clause Samples

Payments under clause 16. 1 and 16.2 shall be made in immediately available funds by electronic transfer on the due date for payment. Any payment from the sending party to the receiving party shall be deemed completed and discharge the sending party, once the sending party has initiated an irrevocable payment order for the respective amount to the other Party’s Bank Account.
