Payments under Credit Documents. The Borrower shall default in the payment when due of any principal of any Loan. The Borrower shall default in the payment when due of any interest on any Loan, of any Fee or any other Obligations payable by it hereunder or under any other Credit Document, or any other Loan Party shall default in the payment when due of any amount payable by it under any Credit Document to which such Loan Party is a party, and such default shall continue for a period of five Business Days.
