Payments upon Termination for Cause. If at any time during the term of this Agreement, Employee is terminated for Cause pursuant to Section 7(c) hereof, the Bank shall pay Employee, to the extent it has not been previously paid, an amount equal to Employee’s full base salary through the date of Employee’s termination of employment at the rate in effect at that time and the Bank shall have no further obligation to Employee under this Agreement.
Payments upon Termination for Cause. In the event that Executive is terminated for Cause (as defined herein), the Executive shall be entitled to receive compensation through the date of termination.
Payments upon Termination for Cause. If Executive’s employment is terminated for Cause by Company, all outstanding unvested equity awards will be forfeited and the Executive will be entitled solely to (i) accrued and unpaid Base Salary to the date of termination, (ii) the accrued and unused vacation to the date of termination, (iii) unpaid expense reimbursements under Section 5, and (iv) vested amounts under qualified retirement plans.
Payments upon Termination for Cause. INSUBORDINATION, RESIGNATION OR BREACH BY EXECUTIVE. Upon termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 5.01 (d) (cause), Section 5.01 (e) (insubordination), or Section 5.01 (f) (resignation or breach by Executive), Employer shall pay, or cause to be paid, to Executive, (a) the Base Salary and fringe benefits (not including bonus) for the period ending on the date this Agreement is terminated pursuant to the appropriate subsection of Section 5.01; and (b) all necessary, ordinary, and reasonable business expenses incurred by Executive prior to termination hereof. Employer shall not be obligated to make any other payments to Executive.
Payments upon Termination for Cause. If the Executive's employment under this agreement is terminated for cause pursuant to section 6.1, the Company shall pay to the Executive, in full discharge of all of the Company's obligations to the Executive, the accrued amount of salary due to her through the date of termination and the amount of all expense reimbursements due to her under section 4.1 for periods prior to the date of termination.

Payments upon Termination for Cause. If at any time while he is employed hereunder the Employee shall be terminated for Cause, in addition to all other benefits which he or his personal representatives may be entitled under paragraph 3(b) hereof, the Company shall pay to Employee, his personal representative or his estate, his base annual salary in effect as of the date of such termination through the date of termination. Employee shall not be entitled to the payment of any Bonus or Additional Compensation.
