Payments Upon Termination for Cause, or by Executive. In the event of termination for cause by the Board, or termination by Executive except for “good reason” as provided in paragraph 8(d), Executive shall have no right to receive compensation or other benefits for any period after such termination. Any benefits payable under insurance, health, retirement and bonus plans as a result of Executive’s participation in such plans through the date of termination shall be paid when due under those plans.
