Payments upon Termination for Cause or Termination without Good Reason. If this Employment Agreement is terminated by the Company pursuant to Section 4.3 hereof or by the Executive pursuant to Section 4.6 hereof, the Executive shall receive only the amounts specified in clause (iii) of Section 5.1 hereof.
