Payment Recipients with registered PayPal Account(s) in France who receive PayPal and/or card payments from buyers making an eligible purchase via eBay (worldwide and everywhere PayPal is accepted); and b. Payment Recipients with registered PayPal Account(s) in France who receive PayPal and/or card payments from buyers making eligible purchases outside of eBay.
